ASHEBORO — No doubt about it. North Carolina is in a drought. That was the word from experts at the “Water — Our Most Precious Resource” discussion held Monday at the Asheboro City Schools Professional Development Center, the third in a series of community forums by the N.C. Cooperative Extension.
