PEEKSKILL - Brendan Nestor was figuring on a routine plumbing job Jan. 16, unclogging some pipes in his Peekskill home that were draining too slowly. Instead, a homeowner's nightmare erupted, a steady stream of wastewater gushing from faucets around the house and the toilet.
