What intrigues a woman more than a lovely hat? How about a hat made from real flowers? Yes, floral hats adorned the Coronado Community Center Library, compliments of the Designing Women Study Club of Hot Springs Village. Designing Women Study Club members are part of the National Garden Club and study the basic principles and elements of design.
