Have any of you ever done any type of technical support?
Well I have and let me tell you the number of times I've answered that
phone, gone through the process only to tell the customer that they need to
format their computer and guess what... They have NO WAY of backing up their
information before they do it. They are going to lose EVERYTHING on their computer
to try and get it back up and running. Virus's, spyware and trojan's OH MY!
