The Big Idea: In conjunction with Batavia's Art In Your Eye Fine Arts Festival on Aug. 9-10, the library presents "The Big Idea" at 7 p.m. today. Bill Kerr, fabric designer, professor, and quilt book author, will explain the "Big Idea" design concept.
